Creative Thinking Workshops – Design Thinking Workshops & Training

The Design Thinking Process enables cross-functional teams or non-design team members to think creatively and approach common problems with a solution-oriented mindset. Introducing innovative ideas and solutions to address business challenges and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

We are now, living in the age of disruption and innovation – this creative thinking. Also, known as Design Thinking.

It’s been adopted by almost all organizations irrespective of their size and nature of the business.

We help in facilitating these creative thinking workshops with the help of some digital tools, and design thinking methodology, focusing on real users, with open-source methodologies and practices from LUMA Institute, IDEO, and MIT to help our clients.

We invite you to book a FREE – Remote Design Thinking Workshop with us, discuss your wild ideas, build a small cross-functional team of 3-5 members, let them take on some complex challenges of the organization, and let them generate a range of ideas. Which can be revalidated by some user testing and with an iterative process can be improved and retested with real users.

Creative Thinking Process Or Design Thinking Process

We help you refine your thoughts,  product ideas, process and help you innovate around your business. Helping you move forward from uncertain to certain.

Creative Thinking helps people easily transition to the prototyping phase. Our workshops will help you visualize, feel, and test your product ideas.

Will help you how to gather feedback and pick the right ones to refine your prototype and then take it back to users or to the next phase of product development.

This approach has helped many businesses to significantly cut down their build production time.

We have helped a couple of US-based startups to refine their product experience and gave them refined UX Design during our virtual workshops session over skype.

For Training requirements, we have some great plans for organizations, interested in directly working with us.

Innovating for People: Handbook of Human-Centered Design Methods

Innovation is an economic imperative that calls for more people to be innovating, more often. This handbook equips people in various lines of work to become more innovative. It provides specific guidance for bringing new and lasting value into the world.
The key ingredient to successful innovation is the everyday practice of Human-Centered Design: the discipline of developing solutions in the service of people. Every story of a good innovation – whether it’s a new product, a new service, a new business model or a new form of governance – begins and ends with people. It starts with careful discernment of human needs, and concludes with solutions that meet or exceed personal expectations.

This handbook is your essential resource for innovation. It’s a compact reference book describing thirty-six methods of Human-Centered Design, organized by way of three key design skills:

– Looking: Methods for observing human experience
– Understanding: Methods for analyzing challenges and opportunities
– Making: Methods for envisioning future possibilities

Each featured method includes a brief description; a pictorial example; a listing of benefits; a sampling of method combinations; and a quick guide with helpful hints for initial application. The full collection of methods is small enough to digest quickly, yet large enough to address myriad challenges. This book does not prescribe a formulaic innovation process. Rather, it introduces a versatile set of methods for practicing Human-Centered Design as a daily discipline in order to be more innovative and drive sustainable growth.

(While when our Design Thiker was with One of the leading Global MNC in a Workshop with a client  – who happens to be a bank in African continent ) – They were struggling with its customers not keeping the funds in their banks. When Our Design  Thinker asked them How they are educating their customers about the benefits of keeping money in the bank. Their answer was not satisfactory and they realize the flaw in their process.

Our Design thinker helped them refine their process and helped them create a new line of services for their customers. Hence creating a new line of revenue for them.
